Delivery Information
Postage costs are calculated at the time of order, and are based on product weight, size, quantity and shipping destination. All postage costs are in New Zealand dollars.
New Zealand target delivery times: Items are delivered within 4-10 working days. For quicker or urgent delivery of your order please contact us before placing your order to see if this is possible. For delayed delivery or to specify a delivery date, please state this in the comments section of your order.
New Zealand orders are only delivered on signature required couriers. If the recipient is not there the courier will leave a card with contact details to arrange redelivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes for this reason. If a PO Box is your only option please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery method.
Rural deliveries are sometimes left at your local depot to be picked up. This is beyond our control. We do try our best to ensure the package is delivered to your door by writing this on the package for the courier to see.
International target delivery times: All international target delivery times are 7-15 working days. This does not take into account any delays with customs, or freight forwarders in the destination country. There are 2 options available: International Air (no track and trace), and International Courier (track and trace included). Choose your option at the shopping cart, and the shipping cost will be calculated for you, based on your order and shipping destination.

For large orders, special requests, commissions or custom made designs, the above delivery times and costs do not apply. Please contact us first before placing your order and we will advise you of the delivery time and cost.
