Welcome to our first ever monthly newsletter! This has been a long time coming, and we have so much to tell you! So here goes...
ARIA DESIGN LTD HAS NOW RE-BRANDED TO HAPENE FLAX NZ LTD...
because it just made sense. Hapene is what we do, and do best! So with the name change also comes a new website, fresh new branding, and a continually updated range of beautiful flax products. Our aim is to provide THE best in NZ flax, and flax inspired products, and we are pleased to be able to work with other talented flax fibre artists and have their products in our range.
Check out the gorgeous gift range by Sema Morris of ARTIFLAX, who also came and spent a week in our studio last month - we had an amazing time devoted to creating and coming up with new ideas!
  
It was the most incredible week. Also, the new style flax roses, which you will see as part of our new Spring '09 Collection, were woven by Stacey Nicholas - they compliment Hapene beautifully. Thanks Stacey!

Snow in October? It's true! Although it may not feel like Spring, there are blossoms out there, and we are still celebrating our favourite season of the year with our fresh new collection of designs.
We think it's definitely time to break out of the winter doldrums, and our new Spring '09 Collection definitely does that.
VIBRANT SHOTS of COLOUR, tempered with NEUTRAL and NATURAL hues...designs which exemplify what Spring is supposed to be about - new beginnings, freshness, sprouting shoots, blossoming flowers.
